CSL Behring

In its desire to bolster the Research and Development departments, CSL Behring needed to accommodate a greater population at the King of Prussia Campus. This effort involved relocating other personnel to an off site class A office building only minutes away. However, CSL wanted its employees in the new building to have a similar experience to that of the main campus. 

Accustomed to various foodservice amenities, as part of the building-wide interior fit-out, CSL knew it was necessary to include a new and exciting foodservice amenity. The new amenity includes a state-of-the-art cafe, coffee bar, multi-function dining room and commercial kitchen to support the two foodservice areas and catering operations in the building.

Contracted as a design/build consultant, elite|studio e collaborated with CSL Behring stakeholders and its foodservice management company to develop and build-out the dining experience.  Project stakeholders wanted to ensure that the employees in this new building were satisfied and, in fact, excited by their new workplace environment. The new employee dining experience exceeded everyone’s expectations and improved upon the customer experience at the King of Prussia Campus.
