Gallo Coal Fire Kitchen
Our studio team brings function and flavor to the dining experiences we create. Following the completion of a bistro in Buffalo, NY, elite|studio e was recommended to be the design consultant for Gallo Coal Fire Kitchen.
This Italian restaurant and pizzeria was designed in an effort to foster speed of service and operational excellence. A key feature of this project is the equipment specifications. We worked meticulously with the restaurant owner and chef to ensure the optimization of equipment arrangement. The large coal fire pizza oven was a huge undertaking to install. The exterior of the building was cut out for the oven to be slid. If you have ever seen one being installed, you would know this is a very unorthodox method, but the task was completed safely and successfully.
