In 2021, Pacific Life brought a new foodservice operator on board and wanted to make some modifications to its locations in Aliso Viego and Newport Beach, CA. elite|studio e provided its ReNew solution, which provides smaller alterations often at a faster pace, while still creating a feeling of a new space. Pacific Life wanted to change the finishes around the space without completely redoing the café.

The projects’ goals included replacing old graphics on counterfronts, sides, and soffits to ensure fast completion. This project completed over a long weekend so service was not disrupted.

The Aliso Viejo location consisted of four concepts, and Newport Beach, five. The inspiration for the finishes stemmed from brands provided by the operator. However, at Newport Beach, the finishes had to stay on brand and reflect the beach feel of the office location. This was extenuated through color choices and counterfront graphic wrapping. With ReNew solutions, elite|studio e delivers a quick turnaround, small changes, for a big difference in feel.
