The Palms

New Concept Creation

The Palms Resort and Casino in Las Vegas was struggling to bring diners into one of its customer eateries. Located next to the buffet and a fast casual restaurant, the resort wanted something new, trendy and eye-catching in the space. elite | studio e was hired to review all of the dining experiences throughout The Palms and pitch some suggestions that would draw people in. The caviat was it had to be an incredible atmosphere by evening and also serve breakfast.

In addition, as part of our work at The Palms, we also created concept plans and renderings for the nearby buffet. The goal was to bring new life to the space attracting a variety of age groups through the interior design and menu offering.
