Partnering with the operator and Regeneron from the beginning, the elite|studio e team created a design using the recently rolled out operator brands for inspiration. Having collaborated with the its marketing team on the initial brand rollout, elite | studio e is extremely familiar with all 30+ brands. However, in this case, the scope was not just to incorporate the brands. We took inspiration from a marketplace motif and embraced features that the existing space had to create an experience reminiscent of a New York City urban-industrial food hall. The Market features newly installed exposed brick, reclaimed wood laminate, a 30-foot long feature salad bar, revamped station equipment and self-order/pay technologies.
To incorporate the graphics and signage into renderings, our Interior Designers worked with the signage company that ultimately produced the graphics. In addition, we worked together to ensure the balance of materials and brands used continued to maintain the integrity of the desired marketplace design.
Throughout the process, elite | studio e ensured that the project stayed to its intent. Our team brings it all together under one roof allowing us to balance the aesthetic, operation and brand needs.
elite| studio e can offer customized concept to completion services to provide similar results on all projects of all sizes.
