elite|studio e provided foodservice consulting services for Binghamton University’s Hinman Hall addition and renovation, which included a 26,500 SF extension on three floors. Previously a traditional college servery, Hinman Dining Hall served more than 3,000 meals per day. Our team worked with the architect to transform this space into a food hall with nine individual concepts, a shared kitchen, expanded seating area and a Starbucks.
