Collaborating with renowned chef, Tom Schaudel, and the hospitality design firm, elite|studio e was excited to be part of the design/build process of this restaurant near our New York headquarters. Our team was responsible for the back of house kitchen and the glass enclosed open kitchen. The latter is a focal point of the entire restaurant as you can see from its location highlighted on the floorplan and from the photo to the right. 
It makes the food forward experience Chef Schaudel desired a reality.
